"Real Investors 21 Day course review"

This has been the most comprehensive real estate learning session I have ever experienced. Sherman has given us excellent information but he has also given us background info letting us know the "why" in what we are doing. I am glad it is a virtual training session also because even though the sessions are lengthy, each session is worth it. I think the sessions would have been different if they were in person. Lastly, Sherman is a born teacher with the patience that some teachers just do not have. He does get excited every once in a while though. He just want us to "GET IT". Realinvestors 21-Day to Real Estate Riches provides the steps and actions in order to be successful investor. The one ah-ha moment for me was to select one investing strategy and focus on mastering that process. Then adding on related strategy as you mature as an investor.

You are by far the most excellent teacher I have ever known. Your insight is remarkable. Your knowledge goes so deep in history. I have learned so much from you and I appreciate you so much.

The one thing I would add to your class is a prerequisite class on the technology that you use and "how to" use all the technology that you use for your class would be very helpful to people. I believe if you do a class on that and record it to send out to everyone of your classes before they start your class would be helpful. I believe once we are knowledgeable of something we sometime make the mistake that everyone knows what we know. I am guilty of that same mistake and I have to check myself constantly but, I'm getting better.

I just want to say thank you you Sherman for giving me the keys to the Kingdom because, what you teach us is teachable. What I learn from you, I can teach my children, nephew and family. So, you are not only helping me you are helping my family and my generation.

You are a awesome mentor/coach. Ive always been wanting to do this since in my early twenties but never knew where to start. Once I joined this class it brought so much knowledge to how it works and I'm more then ready to go in motion and stay in motion and it always gave me the ability to control my time with my other business and soon to be this one as well with the homework task sheets. Thanks again for all your help!

"You give out a lot of information at…"

You give out a lot of information at all your lectures . But this revamp of an old system, you did a great job. I'm a stickler for time, and the time that you said we would end we did not end, but when a multi-millionaire goes over time ... You learn to be grateful enough for the time that is being shared because Multi-millionaires, they don't have to . Thanks Sherman, Peace and blessings to you and Yours.

Thank you for seeing the trend and creating a virtual 21 Day Real Estate to Riches course. You didn't have to do it but your quest for excellence in your life was right on time for me. Thank you for being obedient to the creator and in tune with the universe. They are one. We are one.

My critiques are to add subtitles to the Case Studies with poor sound quality, you raised your voice a few times but it was because you care, and I loved the fact that you spent mooooore time to mentor us instead of just lecturing us.

"Phenomenal Course!"

Where do I begin!

This course is phenomenal. What I love about Sherman's courses is that he always provides a different perspective on things. What you thought you knew well, you now have a clearer lense and the fog has been lifted off after interacting with him and learning from him. Before you know it, your knowledge has been enhanced to the 10th power. Tools that you have been using for years a certain way, you now know how to use the tools and systems properly or more effectively to your advantage. 
There have been so many eye openers and nuggets just in this course alone. I'm sure when I go back through the course again, I will obtain more AH-AH's. 

I was actually in the process of going through the self-paced course when Sherman announced that he was going to do it live. I was so excited about that, because that meant I could get through the class at a faster pace and it would push me to do what was needed and hold me accountable. Even when I had an emergency, I was able to catch up because Realinvestors made it easy and convenient for us to access the videos and materials and placed everything in one central location.    

I would encourage others and I have referred others to take courses at Realinvestors. I could go on and on regarding this course. It's definitely a class you want to take if you're in the already in the Real Estate industry and if you're looking to get into the Real Estate industry.
