After spending tens of thousands of dollars on different RE courses this is, by far, the one I wish I had seen first. I, as many other RE investors I've met, tend to suffer from paralysis of analysis and, while the training I've seen elsewhere is of good quality, the questions and gaps that remained open easily became an excuse for me to stop and procrastinate.

Sherman Ragland's program, besides the theory and walkthroughs required on the subject matter, forced me to start building proper daily habits and took me by the hand through the practical steps required to go from finding to closing on a deal. While I have yet to get my first one done, I can honestly say that it is not due to lack of understanding or knowledge of what I need to do next.

"Amazing comprehensive education in the 21-Day class"

The education in the 21-Day class is unmatched! For any price you pay, you WILL NOT get such a comprehensive 21 Day course. My only complaint would be that everything is geared to the Maryland/DMV area. You can use the knowledge gained in the course, if you are in another state and try to work it, but it would be difficult to find the right support system/team.

The teaching was exceptional, everything made sense and one came away really feeling confident that this is very doable. I will say that some of Mr. Ragland's sessions were too long, after working all day, spending 3 hours plus on my PC was not ideal. Also I believe he talked about his accomplishments a little too much.

This 21 day to real estate riches was phenomenal. Sherman Ragland did great with teaching this course. He was clear and concise with each topic taught. What I liked was he was very repetitive with certain concepts which made it easy to grasp the material as he taught it.

Great program I learned a lot it like an easy master program for serious people who want and need to closed their first wholesale. By doing the exercises and task on each lesson. He preaches to succeed in real estate you must do take action towards the goal you set. Sherman is a wonderful teacher. He's a God send some guy wanted to teach me the same course for 8 thousand And his vibe was so cold. Sherman first course was a fraction of that and taught us life changing skill and freedom when it comes to our time in this business. The program to get started in real estate was just awesome the live training meetings with the Dean Sherman, and Jesse. The guest speakers, and I must say even the back-office team is so responsive and helpful. I've dropped money and, in some cases, the last bit of money I had at that time for those out-of-town gurus and then was left hanging .so I have 2 sets of programs, my mother even behind my back dropped $17,000.00 on one of those guru CD trainings and still we had no information to say do this, do that, lost 7 years running around with my head cut off. But when I found real investors! I was home. I did the 21 day challenge, the apprentice class, and now I am in the gold member training class, I am not leaving real investors no time soon. Come in off the streets off the Internet and get to work with real investors for beginners and those with experience. I GIVE THEM A 10 *!!!!
