Sherman has proven to be a great teacher to me by making me a better student, which makes me a better teacher. After taking several Real Estate courses in the past Realinvestors blows them all out of the water. I recommend this course to everyone 1000%.

"The class was great, but a few suggestions"

The class was great, but didn't warrant 4 days. Most ppl were ready, installed after day 1. The things that were most helpful were the information on skip tracing, and talking to sellers (with special guests involved, to include lead mine company) I feel the class would be a great introduction and jump start to Phase 2, but located in the 21 day course. You may also want to just make the videos available, and/or include in FSBO Market Domination and offer periodically, but this doesn't require 4 days.

Good overview of howto use leadflow and real flow tools. There were some glitches with the accessibility of the tools, made it a hindance to get leads for a deal. May need more than 4 1hr sessions as the sessions were longer than 1 hour

"Realinvestors "Life Changing Weekend""

This is my second "Life Changing Weekend" with Realinvestors. Just when I thought it was great, it keeps getting better! Three full days of valuable information and inspiration. To be successful in real estate investing, you learn the business by doing it and his programs are designed to support you through the process. I've been a member of Realinvestors for several years, and just when I felt like quitting, Sherman reminded me of the rewards of not giving up on myself and those whose who's lives I can help to change for the better. Also, I learned a lot about various opportunities in real estate investing, heard from successful people who have been mentored by him and have gone through his programs. Just to share a few personal takeaways...
