Sherman Ragland hosted a transformative 3-day "Life-Changing Weekend," and it exceeded all my expectations. On the first day, we embarked on a property tour, getting a firsthand look at various residential deals in the DMV area, completed by Sherman and his students. He provided invaluable insights and patiently answered every question we had.

The second and third days were spent in the classroom, where we reviewed the properties we had visited and delved into key topics, such as finding FSBO (For Sale By Owner) opportunities, a proven five-step process for raising capital, navigating commercial deals, utilizing AI tools to locate motivated sellers, and so much more.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Sherman for making time in his busy schedule to host this event. His generosity with his knowledge and his genuine desire for everyone to succeed are truly remarkable. His passion for real estate and teaching the right way to "do the thing" is inspiring.

Sherman, thank you again for this incredible experience. It has made the journey ahead feel both exciting and worthwhile.

I recently attended the Realinvestors® VIP.E Mastermind Meeting with Sherman Ragland, and it was one of the most informative experiences I've ever had. The meeting covered crucial aspects of real estate investing, such as foreclosure, wholesaling automation, and how AI is transforming the industry. I learned how to build effective buyers' lists and leverage Realinvestors® tools to create more opportunities for myself and my team.
The program also offered a fantastic chance to partner with others, maximizing my skills and talents. I'm grateful to be a member and to have the privilege of connecting with so many like-minded individuals.
