Good product selection but boxes are often damaged, delivery is difficult and they usually cannot find my home. I ordered litter and it all came scattered inside the box...

Non ho ricevuto un pacco perché è tornato in azienda senza una prova di consegna o se non altro senza aver lasciato un avviso di consegna
Al mio reclamo a zooplus ho ricevuto la risposta che l'azienda ha fatto il suo lavoro in modo giusta e che la consegna non è di loro competenza--- :-(

Jedoch werden ständig die Preise erhöht und das ist auf Dauer nicht mehr tragbar.

"Extreme Preiserhöhungen bei Zooplus"
In letzter Zeit fällt Zooplus vor allem durch extreme Preiserhöhungen auf. Zusätzlich sind die Preise in der Schweiz fast doppelt so hoch wie in Deutschland. Zooplus ist nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig. Es lohnt sich darum, von Zeit zu Zeit einen Grosseinkauf bei einem günstigeren Anbieter in Deutschland zu machen.

"DATE BREACH, and they don't seem to care. I was a new customer"
As a new customer. I set up account as directed and was sent into someone elses account. We both had the same surname his first name was Robert and he lives in Hereford. I live in Essex. I saw his full name address and I believe I could have changed the delivery address and had items delivered to me. I did not look at his Credit Card details or if he had an option to save his these details. I contacted Zooplus and I did not feel taken seriously. This is a DATA BREACH and unsafe. When I emailed them they told me to log in again and delete the details of the original Customer and and enter my own details. I will not be ordering from this company.
