"Amended review"

Amended Review: originally gave Belle Flame one star for lack of communication and length of order being processed and shipped. I placed an order 35 days ago. I heard from them today saying it’ll be 2/3 more weeks. I am ok with that. I’m excited to receive my purchase and really did not want to cancel. Thank you Lionel at BelleFlame for returning my email.
Once order is received I’m sure I’ll update my review.

Prices were great and shipping was easy. I was nervous because of some of the old reviews but everything was great. Significantly cheaper than any other place.

I bought six fire bowls for my pool, and it took about four weeks to get them. I was told, the manufacturer had to make them just for me after I placed my order. Everything went well, and I would suggest Belle Flame to anyone.

I purchased the 60'' Dimplex Bold electric fireplace and had to return it for the 74''. Lionel was my agent and made it easy and provided excellent customer service. I sent an email the night before last to cancel my order, same time I left my review. Well do you know my order was cancelled that very next day. They did that very quick and asked me to remove my review. I am still giving 1 star because ALL I asked for in the beginning was for someone to inform me when to expect my package to ship and was never able to get through to anyone: through online chat, phone or email

Placed an order with them in mid June and on the confirmation email it stated home and garden items would be received in 6-12 business days. On July 3rd I receive and email that states "We are processing your ordered item from the manufacturer. ETA is 2-3 weeks. We will let you know once it's ready to ship." I have still not received any shipping info, tracking number. I have called multiple times and the one time I got through to a live person she immediately transferred me to an answering machine and then would not answer when I called back. I am starting to believe this is a scam and the good reviews are purchased. If I could have talked to one person to make an inquiry I would think other wise, but it has been complete silence!

Bella Flame was very easy to work with and super flexible with helping me change my order and find the right fireplace for me (even though I knew nothing about fireplaces). I had very specific needs for my home and they were able to help. The price was also hundreds less than the closest competitor I could find!

after posting a bad review, they contacted me and sold me the rest of the unit. it was my mistake on assuming the whole set was that cheap but the listing was somewhat confusing. Haven't installed it yet but I think I have what I need.
