"Ordered a chase cover"
Ordered a DuraVent chase cover. My CC was charged. Never received any communication. Followed up only to be sent to the customer service black hole. Update: Apparently I neglected to give an email address, hence no order confirmation - so my bad. I still had difficulty getting anyone to respond to my phone calls, so certainly, they could work on that. They now say my item is shipping tomorrow. So I've updated my rating to a three, as the order process was easy.

I bought a
I bought an Osborn zero clearance fireplace. I was told it would be shipped in 4 business days. I called after waiting a week and they finally gave me a tracking number and it arrived from the shipper well packaged in perfect condition. While the communication was not great they gave me the best price I could find on the web. The owner was friendly and the other staff person was very kind. I am grateful to have done business with them and they are a legitimate business.

Blower does a good job of heating my cabin. It was easy to install. Can be a little noisy at times, but usually quiets down after a few minutes

When I ordered the fireplace insert the website said shipping in 3-5 days. After several times of "next Monday" it will be shipped it was finally shipped but without the chimney liner that I ordered. Of course, all this happens with no communication. Finaly after several days I finally get a response that its on back order and possibly it will be shipped in several weeks from now. At this rate I might have it in time for next summer.

It took a while to get the complete order and we had a log that had some damage to it (possibly from shipping?). Customer service was very responsive and promptly sent a replacement log.

The product I ordered was reasonably priced, and I recieved prompt customer service prior to my order. When checking out online, the website stated 5 to 12 days for delivery and that I would recieve an email when it shipped. After 3 weeks, I emailed customer service and was told it would ship the next day. Five days later I reached out again because I had not recieved any updates with shipping info. I was told it had finally shipped the day before and was given the shipping info. I recieved the product 30 days after ordering. We have not had a chance to install the product, but it arrived in perfect condition and appears to be good quality.
