The part arrived within a week. Unfortunately we have not used it yet. We are hopeful that it will work to convert our propane fireplace over to natural gas. If not, that Belle flame will exchange it.

I was a bit hesitant at first given that I hadn’t heard of Belle Flame before and the price of my fireplace was so much cheaper than the competition, but I am so glad I went with them. There was so much good to say, I’m not sure where to start. My product was delivered quickly and in flawless condition. The price was almost $1000 less than the closest competitor. The shipping process to coordinate such a heavy shipment and get it into my garage was seamless. On top of everything else, the customer service was fantastic. The staff at Belle Flame answered all of my questions (and there were a lot..) quickly, and with a positive attitude. I don’t write many reviews, so me doing this is saying something. I would buy from them again and again. 10/10, could not have asked for better.
