Brilliant videos ! Really helped me sort out issues with my Brompton, BB are so generous sharing their time and knowledge, must take them a lot of time to put together but they are SO Useful - its really appreciated. As a result I ordered the recommended spares and tools I needed and the order arrived after only a few days. Fitted the bits this morning and the bike is back on the road. Thanks BB ! If you have benefited from BBs knowledge and experience through these videos, buy stuff from them !

The chain on my Brompton broke. My 3 spd has higher gearing and I couldn't find information anywhere on which chain to buy other than here on this website where they had all the information I needed. To top it off, it was the best price I could find, free shipping, and I ordered online at 14:30 on a Friday and it arrived in the post Saturday morning with a pair of gloves so that I didn't get greasy mitts. Honestly other than coming to my house and fitting it for me they couldn't have done any better.

I recently ordered a bike stand for my grandson. Having paid online I suddenly realised I had ordered the wrong size!! I called them within 5 mins of placing the order. They were just dealing with it and said they could send the right size but needed to order one in themselves as they were out of stock. This service. I felt was amazing and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. The correct size arrived safely once they had received it from their supplier.👏👍👌

After phoning Trek in Bracknell explained about gear problem on my wife's Trek mountain bike, I was asked how long since it was serviced, had the bike been looked at there before,it could be very expensive, I only wanted them to have a look and see what the problem was
So didn't fancy taking it there
So called brilliant bikes and was told no problem bring it over and we'll have a look great I thought what a difference
Took it to sunningdale walked in with bike straight away was asked how can we help you
Explained the problem the guy put it straight into the bike stand did some adjustments and in under 10 minutes had fixed it , absolutely fantastic service would definitely recommend this shop they know what they are doing top notch.
