"Would much rather buy here than Wiggle or CRC"

Don't you just love it when you can log on to a bike website, order what you need, it be in stock and when you pay for next day delivery - it turns up via DPD with proper tracking. Would much rather buy from Brilliant Bikes than Wiggle or CRC who use Evri and you never know if your parcel might turn up tomorrow, next week or never.

Great customer service as well.

The email I response was fast and on a day they were closed and they even dropped the part round for me as they were passing,

Recently started using Brilliant Bikes for my newly acquired Brompton. Service is second to none and they even phone you back if there’s an enquiry that can’t be resolved immediately. I love the eco friendly packaging, quick delivery and friendly notes on delivery invoices.
Their Brompton videos are excellent, both informative and fun. Great company.

WOW. What can I say? My husband got in a pickle packing his bike for his annual trip to Mallorca. He somehow managed to snap his Orbea Orca rear derailleur hanger. (He's packed his bike more than 20 times so an unlucky ill-timed break). Flying out in the early hours of Saturday morning, panic set in. Ordered the new part, from Brilliant Bikes, on late on Tuesday evening and it arrived today, Thursday. YOU'VE SAVED THE DAY. Can't thank you enough.
