"Smashing shop with great service"

I used to working in a local independent bike shop, which has since shut down. So when my uncle needed his custom cannondale jekyll from 20011 stripped down, serviced and all the suspension sent of for seal replacement and servicing. I didn't want to take his pride and joy to Halfrauds or the spanners that work in Evans. After much research I came across Brilliant bikes, which had gleaming reviews everywhere I looked. Knowing the bike needed a complete overhaul, I gave them free reign to do whatever they considered necessary and to keep me in the loop with the progress.
They certainly did not disappoint! Jerry (the jekyll) came out looking brand new. Given that it's is an older and slightly specialised bike, they went above and beyond to source parts and get him back to his former glory.
Massive thanks to the guys in the shop, and although it's slightly out of my way, I will be returning there for all or my servicing and cycling needs in the future.

I had a broken part in my Brompton, and I've ordered a replacement from Brilliant Bikes under £10 without a shipping fee, received it the next day and fixed it right away. Couldn't have done it faster if I took my bike to a repair shop. Also their videos are amazing! Loving this company.

Ordered a silver rear rack,arrived in less than 24hours,looks great on the bike.Its my first Brompton, I am learning the ins and outs of the bike.Once the rack was on I had problems with the hub gear set up.It was my lack of knowledge, watched the hub gear set up video from Brilliant Bikes, and all was well in the world of Brompton. Thanks again for the prompt service,and excellent videos,.PS I didn't realise Brompton,s grew on trees.

I needed two rackpacks ahead of a cycle trip. With companies i don't know / haven't heard of, i check Trust pilot. However, with Brilliant Bikes, i needn't have worried.
They were the only company that had the items in stock, at a similar price point, and were able to dispatch promptly. Still, i added a note to the order to ask if they could do anything to ensure the items got to me in time.
They dispatched the items the same day and they were delivered the next, in perfect condition.
