Sadly the first video I looked at re Brompton rear tyre puncture. Repaired the puncture BUT spent hours trying to put the chain back and failed until looking at a Brompton video which showed in detail the method.
Not shown by Brilliant bikes, who brushed past this.. It’s easy - when you know how, the watchwords of those who can’t teach. Over the sprocket and through the chain tensioner gizmo. I know now what to do.

Fantastic experience!! I was in a bit of a panic come Wednesday night preparing my bike for a weekend riding Dyfi bike park, I noticed a bit of my rear axle had snapped off, I immediately ordered a replacement, with the Royal Mail strikes on the Thursday I got in contact with Hannah who assured me it would be sent via DPD next day, my order arrived in tip top condition on the Friday afternoon, they have saved my weekend! Top job! thank you very much.

Having received such good service for buying small Brompton parts, I decided to contact them with a view to changing the bottom bracket on my M3 Brompton.I took my bike to the store once the repair was promptly booked and was v pleasantly suprised to be offered a demo Brompton while mine was being repaired. My bike was ready the next day and the quality of the repair was excellent. Although I live 40 miles away, I will use Brilliant Bikes for all things Brompton from now on - excellent courteous service, advice, delivery and repairs, many thanks!
