Hi There,
when I call, the help that I getting it is always insufficient. For instance, once I phoned to retain a Brompton seat post, the guy asked me were do I come from???? and it was not friendly at all and when I told him, his answer was I see . (I found it very sarcastic and a bit raciest)
Does he aske all the client where they come from?
Unfortunately I have very limited options where to get parts for my bike.
