I ordered fencing and posts and when the order was late I was repeatedly told they are awaiting 1 part but refused to send the rest and this carried on for 4 months until i gave up and needed a refund as I wanted it for a deadline.
Customer Service was awful as it was only email and Couldnt speak directly to anyone. Im guessing they dont have a phone so they dont have to listen to all the complaints

Not only was I unable to order the items they said they had in stock, it turned out they didn’t actually have any in stock with no idea when they would. I ordered the fencing, well in excess of £800, from one of their competitors and it arrived within 2 days.
You’d be barking mad to order from this website as the suppliers ARE NOT IN THE UK as they infer

"Very Disappointing."
In April was told my arbour would be 4 weeks to delivery. Good just in time for summer. Then told me it would be 12 weeks. After 12 weeks I phoned them and they said it would be another 4 weeks at least. Just in time for winter ! I got a refund. Have given 2 stars instead of 1 because of fast refund. But what a waste of time. Turns out the items come from eastern Europe NOT UK.

Very happy with the fence panels once they were delivered, however it took 3 months before I was contacted to say the product was no longer available and would I want an alternative or a refund. I took the alternative however that took another 2 months before delivery. The company are also impossible to contact.

"Awful customer service"
A very deceitful company who claim to be in the UK but all orders are dealt with in Eastern Europe. We ended up having to claim our money back from the credit card company who were very helpful unlike the customer services at Liveoutside. Our order was placed in May and still had nothing by mid September. I have received an email today 15/12 apologising for the delay in my order - what a joke!

"Oslo trellis on 12…"
We ordered our Oslo trellis on 12 October this year after we had phoned them about placing an order. We were advised at the time that all orders were to be made on line and that delivery was 4-6 weeks. After placing the order we looked at the reviews and were a bit shocked to see the feedback given. We tried to cancel the order by phoning and email but didn't get a response so based on reading the reviews we bought an alternative. Last week however we had an email from Rhenus indicating our order was scheduled for delivery on 6 December. This was followed by a further 2 emails indicating a delivery slot and then expected delivery time. Faultless - delivery of ordered trellis by the delivery time. Quality of trellis looks really good and as expected. So not a scam website !

As the same as all other reviews made an order for trellis on website it was in stock paid and the told 3-12 week delivery, got a text message saying delivery would be 12 weeks and 1 day after purchase. Then the delivery didn't turn up. Unable to get a reply on the phone or to the courier. Stay clear complete scam not worthy of one star!!
