"Absolutely fantastic service"

Absolutely fantastic service that saved me the headache of moving and storing the items myself! Had a couple of bookshelves that needed to be moved and stored but having only a small 2 door car and being at work 10 hours a day, I never had availability to do so!

They were on time, professional, and super helpful.

"Where are they?"

I was supposed to be moved between the 6/21/21 and 6/23/21. The drivers were supposed to call 24 to 48 hours beforehand to let me know they were coming. No one ever called. Every time I called the company, I was on hold 20-30 minutes, then got a rude customer service person who kept telling me they would be there between certain hours. This has happened twice now, and they still have not showed up. It is now 6/24. I closed on the house yesterday, and the buyers are waiting to move in. This has caused much aggravation for everyone. I have given this company $1250 and signed a contract with them. There is no way to get through to the original sales guy (though he told me I can call him anytime) or even contact corporate headquarters. All I get are rude customer service people who keep giving me wrong information. I'm really nervous at this point that I may have to get another mover and eat the loss. I don't know what to do.

I now have been promised a later pick-up but still cannot get a driver to call me and tell me where he is and when he's coming. I'm right down to the wire and need to be out of this house today. The new owners and I are totally distraught. Someone please help! I'm unable to get through to a sales person or a supervisor. I am on hold long periods of time. I don't know what to do.

When loading the truck they wrapped everything professionally, making sure to be cautious with fragile items such as glass and paintings. They loaded the truck efficiently, and even saved me from having to rent a second truck! On the unload they were time-efficient; while also taking care not to damage any of my property or the walls of my new home. I am thoroughly impressed by the work ethic and overall customer service they provided throughout. Well done Gold Standard! Highly recommendable to anyone who wants the job done right!

"Complete scammers"

I notice this scam company has their reviews flooded with 5 stars. Never even 4. They quoted me one price. They took my deposit and then a few days before the move quoted me a different price and stated if I didn’t pay I would not get moved. Nothing in my list of items ever changed. So I wouldn’t use them and they kept my deposit. Ive found that they may have been another company name and every year or so they continue to change their name and apply for a whole new license number. Everyone that has ripped off by this company needs to file a complaint with Florida Attorney General’s office and also the transportation agency that over sees moving companies. The more complaints filed the quicker we can get these people exposed and out of business!

OMG, do NOT use this moving company. They didn't show up. Booked thorough this company 3 months in advance, kept close contact, and they no-showed. My whole family was waiting there with our house packed up and needing to move out. HORRIBLE experience. I never leave reviews, but I'm trying to save someone else from this unethical company. Run away!

I couldn’t ask for any better service , I haven’t moved in a while and was looking for a company to be reasonable with pricing and who had great service , Then I came across gold standard moving and storage they were excellent from just the talk on the phone down to the service , they helped me pack and unpack safely , fast & efficiently , I couldn’t ask for any better service , they all came ready to work and very business oriented , I would definitely use Gold standard for my next move & recommend anyone who is looking to move oh yeah they also have storage options , now isn’t that great !!!
