I called Gold Standard Moving and Storage about a move from Durham to Atlanta and the representative carefully laid out all the options for me to do so, including the best times of the month (my move date was flexible) and really stayed with me on the phone to go through all my options. I really appreciated their patience with me and their willingness to answer all my questions regarding pricing and dates. Would definitely recommend.

This is the most horrible service I have ever had. They took all items/furniture and held them for 3 months telling me it's coming "next" week.
When they eventually delivered the stuff they asked for more money or otherwise they will take the items to the storage and charge me even more. My lawyer says it's extortion.
Some furniture was broken and I had some random boxes of some other poor guy. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
