Experiencia muy recomendable. Nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto. Tuvimos un problema con la camper y nos la cambiaron por otra si ninguna objeción y nos devolvieron un día. Quedamos muy contentos con ellos.

Nuestra experiencia con ellos ha sido muy positiva, los recomiendo!!.
Cogimos una Renault Kangoo Camper por precio y prestaciones, no es la Camper más cómoda del mundo pero no nos quisimos gastar más dinero. Es una camper superfuncional, nos ha ido perfecta los 15 días que la hemos usado! No nos ha dado ningún problema. La verdad que estamos muy contentos con todo el servicio. La calefacción funcionaba correctamente y la cama muy cómoda (me lo imaginaba peor he de confesar..)
Cogimos el seguro que cubría todo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente, hay mucha carretera con piedrecitas y la gente va rápido con lo que saltan y en nuestro caso nos hicieron dos picotazos en la luna delantera y eso es muy frecuente en Islandia... así que super contentos también de haber pagado el seguro así estábamos tranquilos.

We recently rented a Fiat Doblo campervan from Rent.Is for an 8-day trip around Iceland, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The team at Rent.Is was incredibly helpful, assisting us in planning an itinerary that included some truly breathtaking locations.

One of the standout features of our rental experience was the convenience. Rent.Is provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The paperwork process was seamless and quick, allowing us to start our adventure without any hassle.

Initially, we had booked the Renault version, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to the Fiat Doblo. This upgrade was fantastic as the Fiat didn’t require plug-in electricity, thanks to its battery storage system. It also came equipped with a mini fridge/cooler, which was a great addition, although it’s worth noting that the fridge does consume a fair amount of battery power. However, the campervan also featured an excellent heater that kept us warm throughout the chilly Icelandic nights.

The staff at Rent.Is were always helpful and provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend Rent.Is to anyone considering a road trip around Iceland. The campervan was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for exploring the stunning Icelandic landscape and their prices where very competitive compared to others. We would definitely rent from them again!

"Van trop vieux où tout demande de la force"

Accueil désagréable de l'équipe qui ne prend pas le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionne le van VW California que nous avons loué.
Nous avons passé tout le sejour avec un message d'alerte sur la pression des pneus. Après avoir modifié la presson en suivant le conseil de l'équipe d'assistance, le message d'alerte est resté.
Tout est rude dans ce van. Passer en position nuit, même fermer les portes demande de la force. Le toit est très physique à refermer et s'ouvre parfois en roulant. Peut-être un peu vieux ce véhicule !
Points positifs : duvets chauds, baterie de cuisine correcte

"4x4 Hilux Camper Truck "

The camper truck we rented to visit Iceland Highlands and West Fjords was great. Comfortable, roomy, good mpg, versatile easy to drive and park.
The driver picked us up at the airport and once we arrived at Rent.is office we were loading the camper in 5 minutes the paperwork was streamlined and easy to understand. The vehicle came with all the amenities we needed including wifi Hotspot.

Great experience. Pick up was seamless at the airport and they helped us with a cab after drop off.
Vehicle was pristine. Only issue was that the inverter and wi fi we had rented weren't working, but they switched them right out for us and no issues after that. Would definitely do business with them again!

I loved working with the team at Rent.is. We had a number of issues a few self induced, switched campers, and Rent.is was supportive and responsive. The platinum+ insurance is well worth the add on. They were extremely helpful leading up to the rental and during. Check out was smooth!
