This has been a great experience! Having said that, it was also challenging. I appreciated the group email and all of the resources which were provided. There was plenty of support and I would definitely recommend this course. In fact, it was so good that I'm moving on with the Proofread Transcript course. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

It's a practical, constructive, holistic experience in grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting and building the business itself, especially for those looking for respectable at-home work that is related to language. But, there IS a learning curve--as the course itself states. I'm personally happy and proud that I completed it.

Learning material was well organised, questions were answered in a timely manner (that was very helpful and appreciated), and assessment was sufficiently rigorous.

I'm from Australia and was worried about having to use CMOS and American language conventions, but I was able to work through the materials and am glad I persisted.
