Customer (student) support was very good ~ questions answered in a timely manner.

The material is presented in a sequential format and is self-guided (no time limit). The student has lifetime access to the course materials. While the course is thorough, students are encouraged to use other resources to broaden knowledge.

"Horrible company."

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not write a review with none. This company does not teach anything that is not learned during high school English class. They do not refund your money for any reason. I requested a refund but because I was outside of their 14 day window, it was denied. They did not care that I had extenuating circumstances that caused me to go beyond the 14 days. I was told I would always have access. I do not want access. I want my money back! I learned everything you have to offer in high school as part of my educational process. Even those diet scams give 30-90 days and you can send the empty bottles back. Enjoy my money! Your company has no ethical or moral character!

I had not done proofreading in a while and wanted to refresh this skill. Proofread Anywhere helped me relearn everything I needed to know. The emphasis on grammar was beneficial. The worksheets were fun as well as helpful. The essays were a true test of my skill! A good program for the beginner as well as a great refresher!

This company can improve by not selling c**p. There’s nothing here worth the few hundreds of $$ they charge. As one reviewer put it, “the most I can make is $5.00/hr”. OK, I was scammed
& that means I was stupid. My bad. Just a warning - scroll on by! Oh, I did get something. I got 17 emails in 4 days trying to sell me something else. DON’T DO IT!

I've been so impressed by your whole operation. It's obvious that you actually care about helping your clients succeed rather than just seeing them/us as a source of revenue. You provide comprehensive, quality training materials. You suggest further resources that don't necessarily benefit you financially, and when they do, you disclose it. Having access to the materials "forever" is a significant benefit. I appreciated your email follow-ups offering both encouragement and inspiration. AND you answered emails personally. I couldn't be more pleased. I might note, however, that I'm feeling a bit paranoid about sending this without the benefit of having a good proofreader look it over first :)

The General Proofreading course was thorough, and I especially appreciated the time spent on setting up and marketing a proofreading business. The amount and variety of practice essays was also very helpful and allowed me to experience a variety of writing styles/quirks and ample opportunity to practice.
