"Issues with unit"

We have had ongoing issues with our water softener (purchased from a different company) for a long time. Richard from Monarch Water came out to look at our unit. He quickly noticed that it was an easy solution but still took the time to fully look over the unit and made sure it was running properly. Richard was professional, very helpful and answered all of our questions. Thanks again!

We may have had to wait 6 weeks to obtain an appointment but when Richard arrived and sorted out our water it was worth the wait. Incredibly thorough and conscientious. At long last we have soft water and the taps and machines will be clear of lime scale build up.

WATER SOFTENER SERVICE/REPAIR:
I don't usually give reviews as I'm probably too lazy or busy with work (one or the other) however, I thought this time I would because the Engineer from Monarch Water (Dave W) was great; turned up on time, I immediately realised he was a very professional individual and knew his stuff. Upon checking the job at hand, he noticed that it was a big job and not straight forward, due to tight fitting location of where the water softener was (jammed under small sink unit with pipes everywhere from not just the Water Softener but the Dish Washer and Washing Machine etc. He basically had to strip the whole unit down and effectively rebuild it from scratch. All the time he was doing this he explained what he was doing and reasons for. If I had video'd him I recon I could do the next service myself (only joking, I'm not technical). I'd just like to thank Dave for his hard work this morning and the good tips he gave me to ensure I look after the unit for future use! Hopefully he does next service in 1 - 2 years.

I had Richard coming to look at my water softener. He is professional and highly competent. He was honest explaining to me the problem and giving me all possible options so I was able to make an informed decision. I didn't give 5 stars score because I do not find Monarch' company payment system suited to all clients. This does not reflect on Richard who deserves 5 stars.

I had a great experience using Monarch Water to service my Water Softener. The booking process was really straightforward and monarch responded straight away to my original enquiry. The day before they gave me an accurate estimated time of arrival and the engineer, Richard, was knowledgeable helpful and efficient. He gave me a full rundown of how my Water Softener was functioning and the areas that needed to be improved and got on with the job. There were no extra hidden charges and only the original service fee to pay.

Had a fault code that pointed to a call out, Richard Lawrence arrived promptly on the day and got straight on with the repair. He identified the faulty part which was the same problem two years ago and this time he found the cause, something was leaking. After changing a few more parts he did a full check and reset the filter to the correct level. He was clean, tidy, polite and showed great work ethic. I would definitely have Richard service and repair my softener in future.
