"Water softener was clearly not working…"

Water softener was clearly not working properly as it wasn't using salt. Telephoned Monarch Water to arrange an engineer visit. Ian duly arrived as expected and sorted out the issue in a professional manner. Would certainly recommend.

Was quickly sorted and after consideration and advice decided to upgrade to a newer softener which he carried in stock and saved another further visit. Good advice and happy with work done/price

"I was a little surprised to have to…"

I was a little surprised to have to wait for a few weeks for a call out but when Dom arrived he was very knowledgeable and efficient and took trouble to explain problems and remedial actions. Also to be a contortionist to get to the softener. My softener had lasted some 15 years without needing a service and now I hope it will be trouble free for another 15years. Great product
