Really impressed with the service received by Richard Lawrence yesterday. After recently moving into a new house, I found my water softener was not working - Richard came to take a look, explained everything and fitted a replacement for me without needing to return.

Richard was pleasant, polite and efficient. He explained exactly what he had done, and didn’t complain that our water softener was in a difficult cupboard to get to.

Richard Lawrence an engineer from Monarch came to check my water softener. I was impressed with everything about him. He took his shoes off at the dock without even being asked to. A first in my experience. Very respectful.
He proceeded to give the water softener a thorough examination. He had to adjust several things ( it was not installed by a specialist) . He explained everything as he did this.
Surely one of the best workman I have ever encountered. Polite, patient and informative.
It’s now working like a dream.
