Ian came and serviced/repaired our Monarch softener. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and most importantly replaced a valve which was faulty. Excellent service!

Richard was professional from start to finish, clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about Monarch Water Softeners! He fully stripped the machine, identified the cause of the problem, replaced damaged components and gave it a thorough service. He clearly takes a pride in his work and reputation and has excellent communication skills and customer service! Happy to recommend him accordingly!

Couldn't really say the same for the customer service tho', after having taken the payment I then had to wait nearly two months for Richard, (who
was excellent ) to arrive and repair the unit.
