"I ordered and paid for the Chandon Rose…"

I ordered and paid for the Chandon Rose Pamper Hamper, the hamper that was delivered was a cheaper hamper. There was a number of items missing. The items that are missing was the reason I purchased the hamper. I am not happy and will not be using Taste Buds again and I will be telling all my colleagues, family and friends to stay away from this company. How could they get it so wrong.

"Late Delivery and Bad Customer Service"

The delivery was late even though we have checked before hand with their customer service on the delivery date. They required us to pay for premium delivery price for the selected delivery date. The parcel did not arrive on the expected date and when we emailed their customer service multiple times, no reply was given.

Although it was a gift so I haven’t seen it! But I can say that when I initially ordered the chocolate, there was an issue with the delivery address (my error) so one brief phone call later, issue rectified. Would use again

"Valentine’s disappointment. "

The Valentine’s chocolate gift was delivered on the wrong day. Left in the sun to melt through the arrangement. We didn’t. Know it was there. And we are home every day as I am dying from cancer and this was our last Valentine’s Day together. The sleeve and card I paid extra for didn’t come with it either. It was very very disappointing. I have always back small business as I had my own licensed business in the past. As I said before ... this was sadly disappointing on so many levels.

I ordered a chocolate bouquet and a hamper with alcohol:)
Everything was so beautifully packed and into a nice box so nothing was damaged. It was absolute perfection!
They did a marvelous job!! Looking forward to ordering again!
