The first person that religiously help me with my purchase is Roy (didn't get his last name), thrn afterwards he transfered me to Ms Suzanne Smith as the transaction is being processed. Ms Suzanne helped a lot from texting, calling and emailing to ensure her clients satisfaction. These staff/personnel are diligently helping their clients and they are the real meaning of Customer Service.
