"I purchased an engine for $5,295 and…"

I purchased an engine for $5,295 and had them deliver it to repair shop the first week of June 2024. The engine had been severely damaged and appeared to have tipped or rolled during their delivery. Best Use Auto picked the engine up and agreed to give me a refund. However they first tried to get me to agerew to forfeit the shipping charges. I refused. It is now 3 months later and they have still not provided a refund. This week they told me they could expedite the refund if I let them apply a 30% restocking fee. These folks are crooks. If you have to deal with Tia, or Tom, or Shawn Z they will not treat you right. They will continue to make excuses. I have filed a suit in small claims court in order to recover what amounts to stolen funds.
