Order took slightly longer to arrive than advertised - about two weeks. Product itself is very impressive. Not that easy or intuitive to use at first & manual is not very helpful but with a bit of perseverance & Google we are getting the hang of it & the recipient loves it

The product itself is fine! But the customer service is shocking!
The product arrived late after paying extra for 2day deliver! I emailed asking where my product was and that took over 48 hours to get a reply! Once I did get a reply I asked for my money back that I paid extra for and once again i have had no response! It's been over a week now and I have had no reply about my money!
So to anyone ordering from this company do not pay extra for earlier delivery! As it won't come early and you won't get you money back!

"Atrocious - avoid at all costs"

Atrocious, absolutely awful. Do not believe the review ratings. They are infamous for poor quality and bad service and I wish I'd researched before. I ordered a saber months ago for a not insignificant amount. It was in stock. It is now 2 months later and I've received no response on my queries and requests for a refund. I held of writing a review because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Instead I got an email advertising that the sabre I ordered will be back in stock at the end of September so I should 'order now'. I thought it was a bad joke. They're are known to dissapoint on light sabre fan forums, do not confuse them with the better run 'Galaxy Sabers'. At this point I have had to move to legal action to recover the near 400GBP I am owed.
