"Placed 2 orders only received 1"

Placed 2 orders only hours apart, 1 for a lightsaber and the other a blade plug, I have received the lightsaber and it’s amazing can’t say anything bad about it, however I’ve still not received the blade plug and after following the tracking provided it was delivered but elsewhere in the country, after contacting them all my emails no seem to be bouncing back will be giving them until the end of day tomorrow 20/3/21 until I contact my bank

UPDATE: I would like to thank Michael for the update in his reply to my original review which clarified some bits of my issues so I am raising the amount of stars, however I did not see any information about parts being outsourced on the website when I ordered and the update about orders being delayed only talks about complete lightsabers therefore I did not heed it that much for which I am sorry (the message is: "Due to popularity and demand, our sabers are taking 2-4 weeks to build and ship"). And lastly I really wish that there was more communication from the website when you had any sort of query, even an automated email would've been great as that would let the buyer or potential buyer know that their email has been received and will soon be replied to.


While I did in the end receive the lightsaber blade that I ordered from the company, it took 3 weeks for it to arrive, I placed the order on the 28th and the delivery said 3-7 days, that is a big lie, their parts are coming from Hong Kong, Kwai Chung to be exact, and none of my emails (of which there were 5 as they have two different emails, I wrote 3 to one and 2 to the other) ever got a reply, I finally received a text from FedEx after I threatened to call my bank and create a dispute, I would avoid this company as long as you have other options and just order from somewhere else, even a Chinese factory as that's where it's going to come from anyway.

I was initially hesitant to order from the company due to the reviews on here. However after ordering I had sent an email with a question regarding the order and it was responded to straight away. I also requested an order update later on down the line and that also had a very quick response. Seems like they have massively improved their customer services from the older reviews on here! My Luke saber v2 was delivered today and my initial thoughts are that the lightsaber is really good quality and I love it. Also I didn’t have any import fees when the saber was delivered so that’s a bonus.

Bought a light saber as a 21st present for my star wars mad son. I emailed a few questions to help me choose the right saber options & has a reply within the hour despite it being after 6pm. All my questions answered & choice made I was delighted to receive my order within 5 days. To say I was impressed when I opened it would be an understatement. The quality of the product is outstanding-I upgraded the blade to Neopixel which I would recommend its awesome. I hadn't realised it came in a protective case with a stand included so this added to my delight & certainly made it good value for money. My son was delighted with it & it definitely was the star present of the day. Wouldn't hesitate to return in future for further purchases.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my saber but the customer service throughout was fantastic, Gina was very responsive and fast to my refund request, will be back in the future to get a saber!

The worst company in the entire galaxy. Bought my saber in early nov. After 6 weeks I get my saber Got hit with a Chinese import fee of €24 before I could get my broken saber. So not uk company as they state. They are nothing more than a middle man ordering from China for you. Anyway back to my nightmare with these guys, when I open it up, it’s missing screws, Sound and one light won’t work. Emailed about 5 times and got a mythical master Jedi Micheal. Saying it may be the battery charging port. Absolute rubbish. I sent video of the saber broken in action and nothing in return. In all about 20 emails sent out. I opened a case with PayPal and got my money back. This guy is still operating this site saying the company is back up after problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. These opinions are mine and a company with such negative 1 star comments should not still be operating. Shame on you for still trying to get new customers. I’ll bet the negative comments section grows in the coming weeks. Awful service.

Ordered Force FX lightsaber - Smooth Swing on 15/12/20 and delivered on 20/01/21. Item was well packaged and in perfect condition on arrival.
A great lightsaber at a good price with all the effects as advertised. Updates from Galacticsabersuk were sent whilst waiting for order.

"A redemption story"

A misunderstanding.

Like many, when I first bought my saber (an RGB basic soundboard dual darth maul saber) I thought I had been scammed. No email correspondence and it didn’t ship in the estimated 7-15 day lead time. But this was due to my own fault and not reading the website properly, they had a message somewhere saying that they were on holiday. I will say that this message could perhaps have been a little clearer as many of us missed it, but it was hardly their fault.

When I got a reply Michael apologies and gave me a time frame for when it would arrive, and it arrived sooner than he said, the saber itself is great. The only minor issue is that the sabers are both ‘right handed or left handed’ meaning when screwed together the buttons don’t line up exactly like Maul’s saber but this is menial and I really couldn’t care less.

I’ve seen a few people calling this a scam and while the responses can be slow it is far from it. Would definitely recommend and hope to buy more in the future

Update..... finally got email this morning, a couple weeks after ordering. Michael contacted me directly to say that they were away when I ordered and not back till mid jan, however my lightsaber will be dispatched in next 7-10 days. Be patient and will update review once I see the product. LAST UPDATE::: Finally received Lightsaber with no costs for delivery. Fantastic quality item. Just be patient.... he says ;)
