"The force is with us!!"

Bought sabre for my son’s 15 birthday, took him a few hours to navigate the single button menu codes. But now he has he loves it, quality is good, and it doesn’t come across as a cheap toy. Hopefully he’ll be getting a bit more sabre swinging rather than control/handset twiddling.

Placed an order in July that on their website said would arrive in 2 days - this came and went.
I then emailed to clarify delivery date no response from the company.
Date I needed them for came and went, I sent 4 separate emails, all unanswered.

"The worst customer service I’ve had all…"

The worst customer service I’ve had all year.
I had a really poor experience with Galactic Sabers. The customer service is not what I expected and the saber arrived damaged but the company claimed it wasn’t. However when it was returned, it had a new battery, new charger and a piece of paper had been added as a ‘fix’ to one of the buttons. Not what I expect when spending so much money.

Will never buy from again. The owner keeps getting my reviews deleted for some reason. I am a genuine buyer and have the receipts and emails to prove it.

Do not buy from this company!!!
I ordered a light saber from them for 213 GBP to give my son for Christmas. Once the package was opened on Christmas eve it became clear that the light saber it self was missing (the hilt) the only thing in the package was a pvc tube (the blade) and some other small parts. I complained to the company and they replied sporadically saying that they would investigate and finally in April agreed to ship the missing parts. In short they never shipped anything and in June they stopped answering any e-mails. This is a fraud company, do not purchase anything from them !!

"Darth maul neopixel lightsaber"

I bought a darth maul neopixel lightsaber from the website. Didn’t take that long to arrive which is great. The problem with the saber was that the chassis were faulty. On one saber the emitter had been poorly manufactured as well. One of the chassis turns on but only if i plug the proffie board in once I unplug it it will no longer turn on. The batteries are fine and fully charged as they work in my other neopixel lightsaber. The other chassis doesn’t work at all when I try to turn it on it says ( directory not found) I believe It means the soundboard has zero fonts on it and it won’t actually turn on with any colour.

I have been in contact with them over email and it’s a really painful situation as I’ve read on other reviews. In the end i decided to purchase 2 chassis from darkwolf sabers as they are really reliable. They have offered for to send it back but I honestly don’t want the stress of sending back and waiting possible weeks as some reviews say they are actually based in Hong Kong and not the UK.

Not a great experience I would highly recommend darkwolf sabers!!!

It interesting now how replies are being posted now after a lot of negative comments. In regards of the hilt which had damage on it and nothing was said about that even the picture I sent nothing was said. You even said that the saber was tested and was fully working when it was dispatched so how can they both end up faulty on arrival. I indeed purchased new chassis from dark wolf are the same size but use different fonts entirely. I praise darkwolf for their work as the saber and chassis are identical and their communication is solid. How can you expect me or other customers to send back faulty items with the communication being so poor I did business with dark wolf sabers because I knew they are trustworthy and reliable when it came to communication. If you work on communicating with costumers the experience would be much better. My review and 1 star is fair for the experience I had.

After receiving new chassis from another company the hilts of the saber have been poorly manufactured and nothing has been quality checked. The buttons to turn the saber on don’t work as they can’t reach the button on the chassis. When the saber is connected together it can’t be done up right as there isnt enough thread. Just terrible a terrible service.
