"Iv only given this company a 2* because…"

Iv only given this company a 2* because I eventually got a refund. I ordered a hikoko nailer on 10th march 25 and after a long lack of communication I was given a refund on 29th April. Be fore you order anything, ask if the product is in the UK, if its not, your probably in for a long long wait. The only person I had a quick and honest response from was Nadine at customer services. Thank you Nadine.

Still not recieved my Ridgid test pump despite numerous phone calls and voicemails left over last 3 weeks !! .

Ordered my item 8 days ago and still haven’t received it.!! Emailed them and got a dispatched email..!! Not even the courtesy to send a proper reply!! Wouldn’t recommend using this company and I sure won’t be using them again

Great web site and service from the sales team, unfortunately the goods arrived damaged from a third party but after contacting TCD they were absolutely brilliant and quick in resolving the issue and getting a replacement sent out. I highly recommend this company and will certainly have no reservations in using them in the future.
