I had misread delivery advice after ordering a second pair of shoes. The first pair had arrived so quickly that forgot on the second transaction that there was a weekend in between the date ordered and that for despatch and that it said 2-4 days not just 2! Lucy the customer services manager sent me a n excellent reply and I now look forward to receiving my second pair of shoes. Great service and very helpful advice as always

Ordered from this company once before- but a recent purchace I decided to use Gpay for my purchase- my billing address was correct but for some reason my delivery address was an older address i've not lived at for at least 15 years.
I emailed Hollands directly and they were able to swiftly amend the order so my item gets delivered to my home address. Great service!
