"My Order Nightmare for Joules Sweatee "

My name is Jennifer Grossman. I placed an order for a Joules sweater on January 16th. I got an email saying it shipped via FedEx but when I check tracking number it hasn’t moved at all (only a label was created) and it says label created in Spring Gardens, NY. Isn’t the company in UK? Something is so sketchy and strange and then customer service now goes to a long queue and hasn’t replied again about this. I would like a refund immediately. I wouldn’t order from here, something is OFF! I think it’s a shady company and unsure if it’s even real. Please refund me!

"Five Stars Well Deserved!"

I had an issue with my order and wasn't sure what the outcome would be. When I explained my issue I was told it could be solved and it was. The response to my emails was immediate and positive. The type of customer service one would expect.
I would like to commend Holland Country Clothing for the quality of their clothing and their customer service.

"Absolutely terrible customer service"

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have purchased an expensive pair of trousers for my dad on the 29th of December express delivery, and given the time of year wasn't too worried when the delivery hadn't been made a few days after. However its now the 14th of January and I am still waiting to receive these trousers. You ring and don't have an option to speak to customer service agent. I managed once to speak to someone after days of trying, and they advised the trousers will be sent by 11th of January, this was a mis-truth because I have still not recieved them. I have sent multiple emails to chase order but have not recieved any reply to these. This company is happy to take your money without any update on when your item will arrive, I have actually wondered at some points whether I have been scammed!

" Winter jacket …"

I ordered a Winter jacket for my husband for Christmas. It still has not arrived. I sent 3 e-mails to the company or I would not have had any response from them. I have been told today that the jacket was out of stock. Not good customer service @ all. I will never use this company again

"Poor communication "

Absolutely dreadful service. Placed order on 7/1/25. Website states dispatched 1/2 days. Had no communication so sent email on 9/1/25. Still no reply by 11/1/25. Rang them only to receive automated message saying no advisor available and to send email!. Website says “family firm with forward looking approach to retailing”. They need to rewrite their mission statement.

"Very poor exchange process!"

I ordered a Ridgeline coat for me son £150! The button was missing, I didn’t have enough time to change it before Christmas to have wait to receive a replacement. After Christmas, i sent the photos of the missing button.
I had a reply requesting that I sent more photos, a little annoying but I did. After this, I was sent a link to fill in a short form, clicked it, filled it in and it required more photos, done this for the third time! I then had to wait for approval. After I sent another email to chase this, they come back to me and said this has now been approved and I had been sent a QR code and to check my junk mail, nothing was sent and now I’m waiting yet again! The longest exchange process! My husband took the coat to the post office using the QR code, I then had to send a picture of the receipt (even though the QR code would of notified them of the return) they just made the process very stressful and I will not be ordering from these again.

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. Through no fault of Hollands a part was missing from a product. Holland swiftly replaced the product and did not require me to return the faulty one. Definitely recommend them.

Very quick delivery and return service. Unfortunately jacket didnt fit. Excellent customer service. Only gripe is the delivery and return charge.
