"Muckboots "

I bought a pair of Muckboots online from Hollands country clothing. A couple of hours after I made the order I realised that I’d ordered the wrong colour. I sent an email that evening to ask if the colour could be changed. First thing next morning I received an email from Lucy saying that she’d changed the order from black to brown as per my request.
Her comms were very professional and polite too. The Muckboots arrived a few days later by Royal Mail.
A great company that I’ll certainly use again.

Amazing personal service. When the dispatch of my order looked to be delayed I contacted them and they responded immediately, despatched it immediately and I got it the next day! They even contacted me to say it was delivered and to check I had received it. I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Customer services and they reacted very quickly getting back to me and amending the new address before it left. fast and prompt communication. Coat arrived and my partner loves it. Very happy.

Very efficiently dealt with an enquiry about a delivery. One of two items delivered and refund on the second item made immediately. It’s rare to receive such great service and it encourages me to do business with this company much more often

I made an error on my online order so sent an email to Hollands Country Clothing, hoping to rectify it but actually thinking I would hear no more! Can't remember when I last received a helpful response.
However, first thing this morning there was a positive "no problem" email putting things right.

Excellent customer service. A pair of walking socks arrived with a snag obvious from transit. I was offered and full refund or new replacement without question and not put to the trouble of returning the damaged pair. It is rare to find a brand or retailer who take full ownership and ensure that you do not pay the price in time for an issue you did not create.
