"I ordered a jacket for my wife"

I ordered a jacket for my wife. It was very well priced and I was also able to apply a discount code which made it a real bargain. It was dispatched and delivered quickly. It was packaged well and true to the description. I will use Hollands country clothing again.

"First class products and service"

Hi I ordered a rainproof jacket and some boots, I’m just writing to let you know they arrived this afternoon, I’m delighted with both products, I’ve not wore them out yet but I’ve tried them on, good fit on the jacket with room for wearing a chunky jersey underneath, not saying it’s too large. It’s just right. The boots are really good quality, and a great fit I’m delighted with them, sad to say I can’t wait until it’s tipping down with rain and I get a chance to put both products to the test !!!!! I know you probably get lots of emails contrary to this one but I want to let you know I’ve bought quite a few items from yourselves and I’ve definitely been happy with everything I’ve purchased, even when I’ve maybe ordered something of the wrong size, it’s never an issue. Just return it and you’ve replaced it no issues. It’s so refreshing.

Was looking for a replacement flat cap, found several suppliers offering similar looking products but the price and ordering process was a nightmare. Holland was easy. The choice available and price was good, the quoted delivery was spot on and the quality the same.

Not sure I'd shop here again. High fees for delivery (next day - although this isn't guaranteed) and 'handling fee' for returns. Spent more on postage than I was refunded.

"OOP'S"

I made an error (size) when purchasing a pair of Seeland Buckthorn Zip Leg Overtrousers as a Chrismas present for a family member .Their was a delay in trying them on before the error was spotted, which took them outside the returns preiod!.
I had also mislaid all documentation both paper and electronic. But following contact with the team at Hollands country clothing the problem was made to go away and a replacement is winging there way as I write this review

We have used Hollands for a couple of years now and always had good prices and fast delivery. We recently had a quality issue and it was resolved quickly and with no fuss. It's reassuring to know that good customer service is not a thing of the past. We would not hesitate to recommend Hollands Country Clothing

"Don't touch with a bargepole!"

This company is now a different name Willam Swindells ltd. It is the same directors but the last company is in adminstration, being a Limited company these directors are not personally liable for losses. Do your own research at Company's House to verify this.
In my case I had no correspondence until I asked where goods were, back and forth, Parcelforce tracking number did not progress, they just stated 'consignment awaited' After a couple of weeks I was told by Swindells AKA Hollands, parcelforce hadn't scanned article in. My ar*e! they never received it. Only positive was after writing to them as above re.company's house records I received a refund.
Never trust Trustpilot, do not allow their default setting of "most relevant" to sway you, reset to "most recent" and that will tell you all the recent feedback and the truth. Trustpilot, hello, this is my last review for you, you are paid by sellers to hide the truth, goodbye!
