Started Prep Kitchen to help loose weight, and so far so good. Order 5 meal a week as part of calorie controlled diet. Wide variety of choice, no problems with delivery always arrive on time with no damage.
Reduced rating due being offered credit for reviewing, but never received.

Excellent balanced meals.
The one thing that stands out the most for me is the flavours. I never thought they would taste this good. I’m impressed!
Easy to cook/heat up in around 3 minutes, no washing up and very healthy.
I’m on the high protein variants.
Great delivery service and ordering process.
My only very slight criticism is that the film lids on top of the meals just don’t pull off. You have to cut them off and it’s a pain. If the material could be improved, that would be amazing.
That said, nowhere near enough to deter me from continuing.
