I have been subscribing for 3 weeks, I get 4 meals delivered every Sunday. So far every meal has been great. Mostly dishes I wouldn’t cook for myself. The ingredients are of a high quality and very tasty. When I read 5 star reviews I suspect they are fake. But I can see myself being a long term customer. Quick, easy meals. The fat content is lower than most you buy in the shops and all the meals I get are about 500 calories so they fit in with my diet.

I’m genuinely impressed just how good all the fresh meals are. I’ve not been well for the past few years and needed to eat more healthy. What I didn’t expect is that 500 calorie meals could taste soooo good!! Packed with flavour. It’s made my health journey so much easier and now I actually looking forward to dinner now. 😁 It’s super quick and easy too. Well done for what you’ve achieved so far and thank you so much guys. x

"Brill service, no issues 1 month in"

Not had a bad meal yet, use for lunches during the week as I WFH and any odd ones get chucked in the freezer for easy teas. Easily bulked out with veg but perfect portion for me. Would recommend and will continue using. Delivery is great with DPD, boxes are sturdy and being recycled for an upcoming house move so a big win!

Picking meals is so straightforward, delivery (via DPD) is well communicated and the meals themselves are filling, tasty, quick to cook and really varied. Would totally recommend prep kitchen to anyone

Delicious meals with strong macro contributions! The main thing I disliked about these type of prepared meals was that they still felt like microwave meals, however, not with PrepKitchen! I really enjoy the food, plus the time saved at lunch and dinner is a big benefit to my lifestyle. Will definitely continue to use the service.

"I had been using Lions Prep (now Frive)…"

I had been using Lions Prep (now Frive) for over a year, but was getting fed up with the amount of Garlic that they use in every single meal, and the lack of choice. I work with the public, so I can't eat garlic when I'm working, which made life quite difficult!
So I decided to try Prep Kitchen, and have been really pleased with the meals. I love the fact that they also offer more basic meals, such as pasta bolognese, lasgane etc, because sometimes I don't want to eat something fancy, I just want some comfort food.
Although some of the dishes are a little too spicy for me to eat, I am absolutely loving Prep Kitchen meals. They taste brilliant (without the need for garlic), and I'm really enjoying them. They are really fresh too, and there is always plenty of meat, which is really tender.
Superb - I'm very very happy with the meals, the quality and the packaging (it doesn't leak when the delivery driver tips the box on it's edge!!!).
Thank you Prep Kitchen for making my life so much easier.
