"Honest review "

Very good meals can look a bit unpleasant on arrival but they taste amazing, only had one meal I dident like and it was easily taken off. I will say most of the meals have a spice kick that if you’re sensitive to spice (like my husband) you might struggle to eat them. They honestly are the best mess Iv had, opened up my taste buds, I feel healthier just amazing experience, I don’t feel left out while my family are eating and I always look forward to my tea now

Signed up a month ago for the discounted meals. Very pleased so far. Meals are genuinely tasty, good calorie range and makes life on shifts much easier. Am continuing on the plan even after discount stops.

I have tried many food prep companies and dinner kits in the past. Prep Kitchen beats them all. The food is lovely, I would highly recommend. The ease of logging the food in Fitness Pal as all the meals are pre loaded. I have been on a diet for most of my life, I am 47 and this is the first time I'm actually sustaining my weightloss. I love cooking by the way but on my terms on a weekend off with a glass of red and some tunes in the background. The dread I used to feel getting home from work late and then thinking I'm going to be in the kitchen now for 60 minutes making dinner have all vanished. Thanks Prep Kitchen.

Tasty food, good value. Had an issue with DPD loosing a parcel but this was resolved quickly by customer service

Genuinely great tasting meals, so easy and convenient - without being unhealthy! Good portion sizes that keep me full, and always well packaged and delivered. Used to do Gousto, but this is similar price for 6 meals, and so much easier on top of a busy job and gym.

Only area of improvement: as a vegetarian - I would love more than 3 options per week please!

On week 3 and they are so worth the cost, I have used a few other companies and prep kitchen are the cheapest and taste the best and more choice.
They arnt cheap at just over £30 per week, I have 1 meal a day, mon-fri, BUT, when I take into account I was buying chicken breast, turkey mince, 5% mince beef, steak etc then the spice mixes and veg then have to prep cook every Sunday for my meals for the week puts it into perspective on being worth while and then all I do is scan the barcode on the package onto my fitness pal app and all the macros are done for you every day, winner! I sometimes bulk mine up with salad or baked sweet potato, they can also be frozen if you have other options on certain days and you can cook in the oven for about 15 min or 3 mins in the microwave either way it’s a quick healthy meal prepared everyday after work.
