I would pay extra for a bigger portion and they are bit too salty.

Really tasty meals every time, we use prep kitchen for Monday - Friday as we’re usually out the house until half 6 then go to the gym until around half 8. Having prep kitchen allows us to have dinner at a reasonable time.

The food is fantastic, portions sizes are great, great value for money.
I did receive a damaged meal and poor experience on one delivery, this was down to the courier, however the prep kitchen customer service, was amazing, responded straight away and dealt with matter.
The only negative I have is food selection, the meals can sometimes be repetitive, i.e. the same from the previous week, or the 2 meals the same in the same week, one vegetarian option and one meat option, but essentially the same.
I think it would be good if I could have my own way to rate individual meals.

Plastic seals are also super tough, so no leaks - only downside being you need a knife around to open them once heated.

The meals are delicious never had a bad one yet. I had a week where my parcel got delivered to wrong address not prepkitchens fault at all it was dpd took it to wrong address but prepkitchen kindly refunded me and gave me 10% discount on my next order and were very kind about the situation. The meals are so quick to make and great value for money. Highly recommended

Great tasting meals at reasonable prices! Love how it’s delivered to your door can cook from fresh or frozen. Some reviews talk about the meat feeling mushy - that’s not my experience, will keep using this company

I look forward to my Sunday delivery from Prep Kitchen. 5 delicious and balanced low carb meals for the week to support my fat loss goals, and save me buying all of the individual ingredients, cooking and storing food for the week. Stops me eating crap quick grab junk food.

"Paid no order minimum help to rectify "

Edited as the issue was rectified- it took a couple of days and a few emails back and forth, i feel it would have been sorted quicker if they would answer the phones. Hoping there is no issue with delivery this week.
First of the food is okay, tasty enough to continue my subscription, this would have been my 3rd order however I have not received it, I paid and was due to get my order Sunday but nothing arrived.
Dpd who have never failed prior with any delivery have not received it.
I made contact with prep kitchen who said due to low stock they could not send it out again but could credit my account, I paused my subscription due to this, I was then advised to resume it and I could use the credit on my account so I did and it instantly tried to take a payment. I also referred a friend who has had the same issue, we are down over £80 with no order.
Their phone lines don't work I have tried multiple times, I have had email contact which is where I was advised to re order I have now asked for a refund as this is a massive inconvenience no food money gone and no help!

"Unreliable and disappointing overall"

Was really looking forward to trying Prep Kitchen having seen positive reviews on Facebook which is where I decided to try it.

Unfortunately the experience wasn’t good. I placed my order around a week and a half before the delivery date, payment was taken and order confirmed. It was due to arrive yesterday but I never received any message about the delivery. I tried to contact Prep Kitchen via live chat and it was unavailable..I tried a couple of times during the afternoon and the phone number also states no one was available. I sent an email and did get a response around 9pm. It stated that they were working to resolve the issue and they had no stock to resend it… they did offer to send a couple extra bits in the next order I’ve no idea what these would have been..and mark my next order as paid but to be honest I declined.

This has been a real inconvenience as I only done a small shop to compliment the meals I was expectingfrom my delivery which was 10 meals.

I find it totally unacceptable that I was not notified of the problem with the order and I had to infact chase it up get an answer. The fact they have no stock to replace..I just don’t know what is going on, but I certainly won’t be ordering again as I have found this company to be unreliable and have not offered a suitable solution.
