"Please get rid of UPFs!"

Good menu ideas, great portions & good customer service. I tried the meals for 2 weeks but have since cancelled as I didn’t enjoy the majority of the meals. I just ordered from the muscle gain menu as I’m currently breastfeeding, so I need those extra calories. The main issues were seasoning and flavours not being quite right and the pasta was also really overcooked. The other big issue for me is the use of UPFs, preservatives etc. the ingredients list is as long as my arm which is probably why so many of the meals didn’t agree with my belly (sorry to get graphic). I understand that this can make the meals more expensive but I’d be happy to pay more for food that is a lot better for my long-term health. Your health is your wealth!

"Tasty and quick meals…"

Not having time to cook decent meals leads to snacking and takeaway. Prep kitchen meals are quick to make(3 mins) in the microwave and they taste delicious. Not just boring pastas and rice like other prep companies. A bit pricey for what is essentially a microwave meal..but I have never had microwave meal that tastes as good!!!

"Tasty food sometimes not enough "

I like the meals,they are tasty although sometimes not enough, the containers are impossible to open especially when hot,the labels are very faded but it has plenty of information otherwise.
The ordering system can be a little confusing and it would be nice to have access to speak to a real person on the phone.
The delivery from dpd is not very good as they have turned up in a right mess and once a couple damaged.

You can often judge a company when things go wrong and Prep Kitchen dealt with problem we had over delivery very well. The box was damaged in transit and DPD were not being very helpful. I made contact with the company and both Sarah and Michelle ensured that the next delivery was not charged for as I had been inconvenienced. The food is good too!

Prep Kitchen food allows me to think less about lunch and dinner in a busy week. They also taste so GOOD it’s a no brainer for me. Keeping my nutrition balanced, it’s already helped me lose weight!

"The best pre prepared food delivery out there "

Very tasty meals and not had one I haven't liked so far. Great portion sizes compared to other companies. My only negative is the plastic film is tricky to remove before serving. Also, the labels don't come off easily, so doesn't help with recycling.
Frive have recently improved their packaging, so it can be done, even whilst maintaining freshness and delivery standards.

Been using these guys for about a month now and honestly have no fault. food is great, delivery always on time and is always well packaged. Would be good to have deals on the larger orders or maybe an app to make access a little easier, but apart from that absolute best meal prep subscription I've used. 10/10
