"A great meal prep company and super reasonably priced"

Delicious meals, super easy to track your macros and really reasonably priced! I started prep kitchen for my lunches after a recommendation from a friend and really impressed by A) how nice they are, and B) how much easier it has made tracking my daily protein. The price is also very good as far as fresh meal prep companies go - £35 for 5 meals and Sunday delivery from DPD included. Great company - very happy with my ongoing subscription!

Below is the email I sent just now to this disgusting company.

Two deliveries now both parcels have had meals inside split open, and food all over the place. I will be reporting you this time round to trading standards. I suggest you refund me ASAP to. I will NOT be ordering from you people again.

"I had an allergic reaction to naked halloumi bowl"

I like the meal preps however I had an allergic reaction to 1 meal in particular that resorted in my hospitalisation. I had the naked burrito bowl with halloumi. Within an hour of me eating it I had the reaction. I have an allergy to peanuts and almonds. I read the ingredients and it said allergens present were milk, sulphites and celery. This has left me feeling nervous about consuming the rest of my meal preps.

Was good for the first week.. 2nd and 3rd and 4th week the meals were blowing up in the packaging 1/2 days before the end date. Only getting 5 meals per week and when 2/3 meals are blowing up isnt good enough. Only giving 3 stars because i received a refund otherwise wouldve given less

Unlike other meal prep services, which rely on overly spicy offerings, this team offer a wide range of tasty options, and you can freeze and cook them from frozen. I'm a bariatric patient and the high protein content is great, as is the range, and when you just can't be bothered to cook there's an actually delicious meal waiting for you in the freezer (I find most ready meals bland, or too spicy, or wasteful and not high enough in protein)

Excellent food very tasty and well prepared I order 5 meals per week all great my only reason for 4 stars is I was sent 3 of the same meal in error so in 5 days had 3 the same but I did send a email to inform of the error and they were very quick to respond with an apology and a welcome solution so in the end brilliant service Thank you
