I’ve been using Prep Kitchen for 4 weeks now and it’s made managing my meals/calories so much easier! The variety is great so you’re not having the same thing all the time and the meals are so fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. The website is very easy to navigate making planning and choosing your meals for the next 3 weeks in advance super easy and efficient and it is clear what date you have to amend the meal selection by. I think the thing I was most impressed with was the simple scan of the barcode on each meal to upload into my fitness pal.

"Disappointing experience "

Meals damaged two weeks in a row. Invoicing incorrect so they took the wrong amount. Very difficult to get that resolved.

The meals are ok but the operations of the business are poor.

These meals are fresh and very tasty , helps me to keep carbs at bay and have more protein.
Delivery is good and on time,very happy with this service.

I like the convenience of Prep Kitchen, there is a great variety of meals which i find tasty and filling. Its easy to order and delivery is so convenient too. I was recommended Prep Kitchen by a colleague as I was getting food envy!

Food is great and varied options. Portion sizes are smaller than i would normally make at home, but actually its an adequate amount. Amazing how much time you get back in your evenings...!

"Excellent food, bad packaging"

I’ve come back to Prep Kitchen after a while, and willing to put up with the non-discounted meals.
I am giving 3 stars because you still have not addressed the problem with the peeling. It’s very annoying to deal with, especially that mamy times you have to take the sauce box out of the meal in order to heat things up.

"Terrible Delivery (missed 4 times!)"

Am perplexed when writing this review as although I like some of the food am dissapointed at the appalling service. Food being delivered to wrong buildings and wrong street. I flagged it multiple time but keeps happening, I cannot recommend them based on their bad delivery and unreliability.
