Been ordering my evening meals via prep kitchen uk for a month now. Microwaveable meals with a great balance of nutrients and great flavours. There’s always a good variety to chose from, the ordering process is straightforward. As a busy working mom trying to eat healthy these meals have been a lifesaver and excellent value for money.

This means I don’t have to go supermarket shopping as regular but get a healthy varied low calorie meal twice a day. One thing that would help is if you could make sure the delivery time was always after mid day as they are delivered to a pub that does no open until 12 noon.

"5* for Prep Kitchen "

I got recommended Prep Kitchen by a nutrition coach on the NHS, as I was struggling to have meals when I finish work late around 9pm. Prep kitchen is great, i can pause the subscription when needed, as I’m only needed two of their meals a week, so it lasts me two weeks instead of one!

I haven’t come across a meal yet, where I don’t like. They are all delicious, and just the right portion size to fill me up. I would like to see a bit more selection on some weeks but there are always meals that I love!

Great idea, will definitely carry on using Prep Kitchen!

I’ve always struggled knowing what to have for lunch, so I end up having rubbish! These meals are amazing, they’re really tasty, keep me full for the rest of the day, and there’s enough of a variety that I don’t get bored! I would definitely recommend!
