the meals are absolutely delicious, fresh good quality. The only issue I have is sometimes my breakfasts get completely forgotten about and not packed. when i contact them they always rectify by either refunding or sending out the next day.

Not just writing this for the £10 off but they are definitely the best meal prep out there for sure. Variety, portion size as well as taste. The only downside is the cost after the discounts. But brilliant nonetheless

Have been using Prep Kitchen for around 6 weeks and so far they've been amazing. Having used other food prep companies in the past, they are way better than the competition!! Meal choices are great and food tastes amazing and high protein, which is what I was after!! Keep up the great work!!

I've been with Prep Kitchen for over 3 weeks now. Meals are really really tasty and various, not bland at all. I love the fact that you can chose to have low carb meal with high protein. Some meals got a fair quantity of food, some others I would probably add more. They fill them with enough protein sources, such as either animal protein, or the fact of having plant protein tagliatelle for example makes the change. I had a couple of issues with one meal went off, but it can be for various reasons, or I got the same meal twice in the week. The customer service are really efficient, they look after their customers, I had fast problem solving with those issues. The courier always deliver on Sunday or Monday on a specific time, so you can work around that schedule. So far I am delighted to order my food with Prep Kitchen, being a nurse and being exhausted after work, you do not really have the energy to cook for the following day. One suggestion I would say I do not know if it would be possible is to maybe for the permanent customers, the meal plate, maybe could be glass? Or something more sustainable? On the other hand making discounts with for example NHS could be a great idea knowing that at the end of the day many staff eats pre-made or pre-book meals high in fat/carbs low in protein.

Recently changed from another meal prep company. Prep Kitchen have a great choice of menu, filling and fresh! Had problem with the first delivery which was fixed quickly!

Pre kitchen is great value for money and so convenient for me. I do sometimes get bored of the options but I feel that’s always the case with meal prep. I have and will continue to recommend to others.

Been really happy with the meals i have been getting. They are not the cheapest but have helped me loose nearly 2 stone in 2 months so really happy with how it is going. Had one issue with one of my orders but it was quickly sorted and got some extra meals the following week. Everything taste really nice and does not taste like your having microwave meals.

Having spent a number of months trying another meal prep service, meals had become repetitive and problems with delivery were more common than not. I've been really impressed with the variety and quality of meals available to me - especially the low carb options. I did have cause to complain however after my order was combined with my husband's without communication. This meant that I didn't receive any delivery notifications and my meals were addressed to him. This seems a minor inconvenience in principle but there are a number of reasons why this is problematic - especially making assumptions on behalf of your customers. To the teams credit, they were quick to resolve. The irony being we only have separate orders because we can't mix low carb and bigger portions menus in the same order. Overall, despite this minor hiccup in service, I've been pleased with the high quality of meals received and hope it continues.
