I think they're ok but I've had some issues.

The meals themselves actually taste alright. They're not out of this world, but satisfying enough and have definitely noticed an improvement in weight loss with them, as well as energy levels.

But there are some things that bug me with the service, I think could really help improve it, if they were addressed.

There's no filtering options for dietary requirements and preferences. I'm a coeliac and had to tediously go through all the meals, and untick any which weren't gluten free. They also have an option that's hidden that I found later on, that adds new meals to your rotation automatically. I'm happy i found it and ticked it off, but I'd be worried that meals containing gluten would've been added, if I didn't check.

Also, despite meticulously going through all the meals when I first signed up, on my 3rd or 4th delivery, ALL meals that were delivered contained gluten, so I couldn't eat them. This is partially on me, for not double checking the meals before they were delivered, but I felt I wouldn't have needed to, considering I went through all the meals and double checked them when originally signing up. Maybe there was some confusion from me during the first sign on with this and I could've mistook something, but if this is the case, then I think it should be addressed so there's no confusion for future customers.

There customer service was fairly good with addressing the issue for me, though I think some clearer communication would've helped me get a quicker resolution, and would've gotten me alternative meals delivered that week. I was asked what replacement meals I'd like, without a list. I gave them some options but was only THEN told I had to choose the options that were available for that week. Since this was beyond the delivery day, I couldn't look up the list for what was available on the. website and by the time I was able to figure it out, I was told it was too late to have a delivery, and I'd have to wait till next week. They did mark my next delivery as paid for and extend my promotional period for this, but it meant I didn't have meals for the week.

The peel aways on the containers are glued on ridiculously strong. I'm not exactly a weak man, but found them impossible to open by hand. I have to cut off the peel away with a knife. This is quite awkward and messy in the work lunch canteen with blunt utensils.

I understand their argument, that they want to make sure they're delivered without splitting open and I do appreciate that. But they do pack things so well with nice thick boxes and lots of packing paper, that I don't think it's needed to be AS strong as this.

Overall, it's been ok, but there's a lot of ironing out to do for me to consider staying.

Brilliant company. Me and my Wife both order meals and they are delivered on time, every Sunday. We have never had a problem with an order. The foods tasty, portion sizes are great and their helping with our fitness and lifestyle goals. We both work full-time and my Wife's a nurse, so having the meals after a 10 hour or more day these are perfect to save time. Great flexibility online with your own account but what stands out is the customer service. Anytime I have had a problem customer service has been amazing. Particularly Michelle and Lauren. They always reply and resolve any problem I have (usually my own doing. We haven't had a bad meal yet (we definitely have our favourites now. There's so much choice. Keep up the great work guys.
