5* food tastes great. Inpressed with every one ive had so far. Look forword to trying the ones ive not yet tried. Ive lost weight. They fit my busy lifestyle with only a few minutes in the microwave. Would defo recoment anyone who hasnt yet tried to give them a try.

Prep Kitchen is great, the food is fresh and super tasty, and the meals are nicely balanced. I’ve been eating the fat loss range for just over a month now, and I’ve lost 9lbs already! So many different meals and snacks to pick from!

Been great so far, had some damaged meals on one occasion but this was dealt with very well by prep kitchen. Happy with pricing while on the introductory discounts, will see how I feel when the full price kicks in. All meals have been tasty and great to keep a hold on my portion sizes.

Great tasting food at such a reasonable price, I have a busy schedule everyday and prep kitchen just makes it so much easier for me, no need to prepare, cook and clean up afterwards. Simply put the meal you want in the microwave and you’ve got a good meal there, high in protein too which is a bonus. Cannot complain and the free delivery is nice, I’ve tried a few meal prep companies and they charge for delivery where as prep kitchen doesn’t. 10/10
