The meal preps have helped me manage my fitness and weight goals.
There is a variety of different meals to choose from and they all have great flavours and keep me full.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their health goals.

DPD tried mixing up the ingredients themselves it seems, the way the box was delivered, had to refuse delivery, messaged them on Sunday, new box arrived Monday - only tried a couple of dishes but great food and great service.

Great delivery, regular, love the Sunday delivery time. The food are excellent, lots of range and choice. Large portions, the best prep service out there in my opinion.

I'd always been convinced that meal deliveries were expensive and waste of my time. I WAS WRONG! I have a busy full time job with a long commute and needed something convenient whilst also helping with my goal of weight loss. Prep kitchen is very reasonably priced, extremely tasty AND I've already lost 5lbs. The time I'd usually spend shopping and cooking I can also now use for myself and to train.

The user experience is also much better than anyone else on the market, you can easily pause and skip deliveries and choose meals.

"Amazing customer service"

I have only just been with this company but the customer service is excellent. I noticed that one of the meals was open from a small amount of damage on delivery (easily done) I emailed in and within 20 minutes a service rep called Sarah had apologised and offered to put an extra two meals in my order when I’d only asked for a replacement. They’ve gained a long standing customer.

I would say they are good for portion control and looking to loose fat and put on muscle.

Frustrated and disappointed the packages arrived damaged on 3 separate deliveries in a row and got on my nerves having to send photos. - They did offer to add extra orders to cover the damaged ones but would have been more convenient to have been discounted or reimbursed, as I like to have 5 meals for my lunch on my weekdays and don't need or want the extra meals.

The sell by dates are not great, 4 - 5 days maximum in my experience

Overall view - still undecided but I think I am going to cancel as £7.00 a meal isn't cheap for the multiple issue I have had with damaged meals arriving.

I've only been using Prep Kitchen for 5 weeks however I've been seeing benefits in doing so already.
My diet has always been poor because I'm too lazy to cook and when I do, my portion size is out of control, so I decided to give prep kitchen a go. So far, I've lost 15lbs.
I find the meals tasty, I'm trying dishes I'd never usually eat, I rarely need to snack so despite being a smaller portion I'm getting what I need, and it's so easy popping in a microwave for 3 minutes I do it for lunch and dinner.
The reminder email is brilliant because it triggers me to easily log onto the website and choose the selection of meals I want for the following week. I can't explain how the moment anything becomes difficult for me in anything I just drop it (see, lazy). This has been super easy.
I feel harsh doing 4 stars considering all of the above, but being fair, only 5 weeks in and I've had two deliveries left on the doorstep in the rain (no doorbell rang) and one delivery where the box was on its side, so all meals had congregated to one side of the package for the week. A different week, three of the meals were already opened, whether that was the seal didn't quite cover the whole pot meaning it had leaked or the package at the bottom had popped which lead to £15 worth of meals wasted. On me though, this is the first time I've given any feedback on Prep Kitchen, I'm sure I could have raised it but didn't have time.
I have no intention leaving anytime soon.
