"Generally Great"

Pros- Ordering is simple, with a good, rolling choice each week. Food arrives on time in good cold packing every week. Tastes like good quality ingredients are used(large chewy mince pieces in chilli and it seems like they make their own low carb pasta/noodles as they have that fresh pasta bite for example). Taste in general is much better than other microwaveable meals. Most meals are genuinely delicious, with clever use of ingredients for low-carb options. I feel like I get a genuinely healthy meal, with great taste most of the time.

Cons- They use a lot of 'hidden' vegetables and protein sources in the low carb ones we have and a few just don't have enough of a herb and spice mix or sauce to override that blandness you get with things like cauliflower rice/soy bean mixes, so feel like there is room for a bit of an improvement in some recipes. The meals themselves can sometimes be packed badly in the box, so fall sideways and become a big homogeneous mass instead of a nicely laid out meal which does effect the flavour. Not sure why the box size doesn't match them being packed side by side...
Really hard to open. I know the faq states that they have to use the super thick plastic on the top to keep the food fresh, but you have to use a sharp knife to open them up properly as you just cannot peel then back.

I will continue to buy these meals and enjoy them, so they are still the best I've tried. A couple of tweaks and they'd be perfect.

I was expecting the food to be prepacked and therefore tasteless, nutritional and of a proper proportion, in order to help me lose weight. Week three in and every meal has been delivered on time and carefully boxed, they've been nutritional, and of proper proportions and the amazing bit is that each one has tasted fantastic, genuinely better than many takeaways or restaurants. And to cap it all, I'm losing weight without feeling hungry. I totally recommend this Company.

Best meal prep company I have experienced, food variety very good and pleased with quality. I have specifically selected high protein with low cards, and feel really good / healthy, certainly helping me with losing fat. Delivered on time and not had any issues. Would highly recommend.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how much I’m enjoying the Prep Kitchen experience. I have not had a meal that I haven’t enjoyed yet, the convenience and speed of enjoying a nutritious and balanced meal is second to none, and I have an excellent DPD driver who delivers with professionalism and care.

The meals are not mind blowing, but some are really tasty, particularly the Mac and cheese and the chilli cheese fries. Downside is that they use DPD who delivers the meal in the middle of the street, with a high risk of theft. I have been lucky that some of my neighbours have been kind enough to bring it into my building for me. Otherwise it’s great at controlling the portion of your meals, with a decent amount of meat/protein in each meal. I have already started to see results 3 weeks into using prep kitchen.
