Overall everything has been great with Prep Kitchen.

Setup and selecting meals is so simple. It’s very easy to see the nutritional values when selecting the meals which I like. I would say this is better than I have seen with others.

The meals are nicer than I expected which has probably been the highlight for me!

I have found the whole service to be great; choice to suit your goals, wide variety of meals which most of all taste really good, reliable delivery and helping me to limit portion size and calorie control jas helped me lose 7kg in January, I recommend!

"Game changer for me…"

Prep has been a game changer for me when I'm short on time and haven't batch cooked - I get a flavoursome meal which is fulfilling. At first I thought the portion sizes were a little on the small side but they are really filling. Some people have commented that the meals are spicy and some are, but all are very tasty too. I'm on my 4th week now and would not chose only 2 of the meals again, there is a big selection.

"Great Service"

Great Service, relatively reasonably priced. Prep Kitchen aren't the cheapest but the meal quality is great and they have good variation. Having a busy lifestyle, cooking can take a back seat, Prep Kitchen gives me the chance to eat healthily and not have to think about shopping or meal prepping. The only negative for me is they don't have an app but the website is easy to navigate and works fine.

If I could give prep kitchen more than 5 stars I would. From as simple as selecting your meals to how efficient and well packaged the food arrives I could not fault it. The food has great flavour and a lovely verity of vegetables, carbs and proteins which is helping my weightloss journey massively. And because all the fiddly work of knowing how much or how little of each item you should consume is taken away. There's nothing as simple as heating and eating a delicious nutritionally packed meal. Give them a try you will certainly not be disappointed 😉

Really convenient solution for busy working individuals. Easy way to track macros and have a healthy meal.
Only ever had delivery related issues with some boxes having damaged meals however prep kitchen dealt with this very well. Definitely worth it.

The meals I have received have been excellent. I went with the weight loss meals and at first I didn’t think they would be enough, But they are. I’ve lost 1 stone in my first month including these meals in my diet. Each meal is packed with protein and Atleast 2 of my 5 a day.

Really easy to use the website and great choice of meals. I’ve tried over 20 different ones by now and haven’t been disappointed.

However, after 4 weeks I will have to cancel as I won’t be able to afford the continue at the full price after having the discount at the start.

This is not my first meal prep rodeo. I have used other competitors but prep kitchen is head and shoulders above the rest. The meals are filling and the meat is a good quality. They are also packed with veg and very tasty. I can be picky with food especially textures and have had zero issues. The delivery is always smooth and my box is at my door every Monday. I am on a weightloss journey and have now lost just over 3 stone. I’m really thrilled with this company and glad I found them.
