The meals arrive on time, are fresh and taste nice. The meals are low carb and most food items you cannot taste the difference in pastas, rice, noodles, etc. Would recommend.

The food is mostly ok, nothing special. Most weeks I have to complain about the packaging of meals being damaged & open where they have just been thrown in the box. To their credit, they are always very quick to offer a solution, be that money off my next order or extra meals being sent for free. I like the convenience of having ready made food which only takes 4 minutes to cook. The biggest negative is that they use DPD to deliver the meals & this has caused me many problem as the driver continues to leave my parcel on the doorstep of a house in the wrong street. The stress of trying to find my delivery fast outways the convenience of these meals so I am considering cancelling my subscription.

Delivery is very reliable, and the packaging keeps meals cold and fresh.While the price point is higher than cooking at home, the convenience factor may be worth it for some. Overall, Prep Kitchen is a decent option for those short on time, but be prepared for some variability in meal quality.

"Costly dried out food"

Their app ignores you when it comes to pausing deliveries so has sent and charged me. I was double charged before Christmas and took a few weeks for a response to my refund request. You cant peel the lid off so have to cut away. They insist on putting a sauce pot inside so the packet needs to be opened to remove that leaving a gaping hole and meaning the meat often goes hard and dry after being heated. The sauce was already on the food when I first started with this company so why change.

It is easy to cancel subscription but I had recently tried to freeze it but clearly the app hasn’t recognised it as you have charged me another week and sent the food out. Before Christmas I edited my order only to find out you had doubled it and charged me double. I edited it again in the correct time which the order was correct however you still charged me double. It took a long time for any acknowledgment. Strange how you can reply to your trustpilot review but not to my direct response on email.
I will say mostly the food was tasty although I was getting tired of having peas in my meals.

Without a doubt, this is the best food subscription I’ve found. This is the fifth one I’ve tried, and the taste of the meals is incomparable to the others. I will try a few more, but I think I will definitely be back.
