The initial delivery was late. Step it up there and that is really all that this company needs. Otherwise , the food is tasty. Furthermore, sometimes I doubt the protein content of some meals. It will say 70g of protein, conversely , there is not even a whole chicken breast In the meal. Keep up the good work prep kitchen , this is my honest review.

Absolutely amazing!
This is my third box from Prep Kitchen and I can honestly say not only is the food amazing, but the service is outstanding.

I have lots of favorite meals already the beef and ginger with noodles is just WOW 🤦‍♀️

But honestly not only is the food fresh tasting and absolutely fulfilling each meal has been the exact perfect portion size!

The meal plans and how easy they are to crack on and heat up and serve have massively impacted positively on my work life balance after a busy day's work.

The food tastes really good and is well packaged. My only issue would be the plastic film as it is impossible to get off the box without using a knife.

Really impressed with the quality of the food. I opted for lower carb, higher protein and can happily say you get ALOT of protein in the meals.
Had a delivery issue, and it was resolved within an hour with really good customer service.

"Approval from a fussy eater "

This is my 4th week and so far I am really impressed. I am a fussy eater and usually when you get “healthy” ready meals in the supermarkets they lack 3 things; protein, portion size and flavour. So far, out of about 15 meals I have only not liked 2 and the rest have been great. The only thing that would make it a better experience is if you could rate the meal so that that when you go to order again you remember. Would recommend.

"Amazing company with great food"

This is my 4th week of using prep kitchen and all I can say is AMAZING. The food is nutritionally balanced and unlike some others I’ve tried they are so tasty. I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t enjoy. They are delivered exactly when stated and being a widow I find them really good value as I’m no longer throwing food out and I know after a busy day at work for 5 days I’ve a nutritious meal only 5 minutes away . A great company with great communication and amazing food. LOVE THEM 💖

"Too Much Chilli"

I only have 2 criticisms. I wish there were more vegetarian and fish meals and a selection of meals that don’t contain chilli. I like a mild chilli once in a while but not every day. Apart from that the meals are great, good potion size and high quality.

This is the second meal prep service I have tried and it is fantastic, much better than the other, more expensive one I tried! The meals are delicious, there hasn't been one I haven't enjoyed yet. There are breakfast and snacks available too. I particularly enjoy the maple pancakes! Everything has always arrived in great condition and it is very competetively priced. If I had to find one downside it would have to be that the packaging is plastic and the lids need to be removed with a knife as they are impossible to peel off. Having said that, it has meant that none have leaked during transit and the food has stayed really fresh, hence me not knocking off a star. I have emailed customer services a couple of times with queries and both times I had a reply within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Prep Kitchen.
